Prince William is Coming to ABC

You got it! All you fans of the Royal Family and especially, Prince William, will absolutely enjoy ABC´s made-for-TV movie this fall, Prince William. Jordan Frieda plays Prince William and says the movie is "a fictional story based loosely around real events." From growing up in the Royal Family, his relationship with his father, the acceptance of Camilla, and the battle to keep his mother´s memory alive.

VH-1 and MGM Sign Movie Deal

For all of you VH-1 movie fans, this one´s for you. VH1 is signing a deal with MGM Television to produce at least five music-themed movies for the cable network during the next three years. The first of which will be a musical comedy paying homage to the ´60s "beach blanket" movies.

Jackie Gleason is ´The Great One´

The life story of TV comic Jackie Gleason is coming to CBS next season probably around November although no air debt has been etched in stone. The Great One will star British actor Mark Addy, from The Full Monty, to portray the wonderful Gleason.

Mary Higgins Clark: You Belong To Me

Mary Higgins Clark´s best-selling novel is now a TV movie, "You Belong to Me," starring Lesley-Anne Down and set to air Feb. 24 at 9 p.m. on PAX TV. Clark has signed a deal with PAX to make movies from 6 of her books.

Warning: Parental Guidance comes to VH1

Outside of music, what did the late Frank Zappa and John Denver have in common with TWISTED SISTER´s Dee Snider? Although their music was world´s apart, the three were united in their belief that music should not be censored. This unbelievable trio were the only chartmakers who showed up to testify before a committee of U.S. Senators conducting a hearing on the matter in 1985, and now VH1´s "Warning: Parental Advisory," which premieres Sunday, April 21 at 9 p.m., tells the story. It stars Mariel Hemingway as Tipper Gore, Jason Priestley as music industry lobbyist Charlie Burner, Griffin Dunne as Frank Zappa, Tim Guinee as John Denver, and Dee Snider as himself.

Here Comes The Music Man

Matthew Broderick, actor and talented singer, will bring The Music Man to TV this fall on ABC. Broderick says he loved the movie growing up and watched it quite a lot, and he´s even gone to watch the Broadway show of it recently so he feels he really knows the story inside and out.

ER´s Anthony Edwards Developing Movie for HBO

ER´s Anthony Edwards and Director David O. Russell, of the movie ´Three Kings,´ are developing an HBO movie based on the life of Temple Grandin, an autistic professor who devised humane ways to handle and slaughter livestock, Variety reports.

Dinotopia Invades ABC

Dinosaurs and computer animation are popular these days and ABC has combined them both in their new upcoming movie, Dinotopia. The TV movie will run for three days starting this Sunday at 7/6c. "The story begins when Frank Scott, a wealthy American, crashes his plane into the Caribbean. He appears to perish, but his two teenaged sons, Karl and David, survive, only to find themselves castaways on Dinotopia, a fantastic lost continent where humans and dinosaurs peacefully co-exist."
