"Miss American Pie" is set against the time and music of the early 1960s and the show "American Bandstand." Brittany Snow ("From the Earth to the Moon," "Guiding Light") will portray 15-year-old Meg, whose dream is to be on "American Bandstand." This new NBC show will also star Josh Brolin (Hollow Man).
